Le Générique is a series of sixty-second video essays by César Cabrera on the opening titles of landmark films: Trainspotting (Danny Boyle, 1996), Paris, Texas (Wim Wenders, 1984), In Bruges (Martin McDonagh, 2008), Tetsuo: The Iron Man (Tsukamoto, 1989) and Call Me by Your Name (Guadagnino, 2017). Each one combines academic research, kinetic editing, motion design and original music.
Déjà Vu (Canal+, 2018–2024) was produced entirely through traditional methods: six years of manual research, writing, and editing. It is the editorial foundation on which César+ now builds its AI-native production.
In every César+ video essay, AI handles the sourcing of images, text, and information. No AI-generated images or video are used.
